Stop guessing if your resume is good.
Post your resume to the feed and people read the whole page: a rating out of five, the lines that aren’t landing quoted back at you, and what they would write instead.
Free. It works if you review somebody else’s while you wait for yours.

“Motivated frontend developer seeking a challenging role”
Every resume in this feed says motivated. This is your only guaranteed read and it describes the job, not the work.
“Worked on the billing team to improve performance”
Improved it how much, for how many people? The checkout bullet under this one answers that, so lead with it instead.
The other ways to find out
You already know the resume has a problem. These are the options for finding out what it is.
- A paid resume reviewRoughly $50 to $300
- One reader, one opinion, and a rewrite in a voice that is not yours.
- An ATS score toolFree, mostly
- A number and a keyword list. Nobody has actually read the thing.
- Sending it to a friendA favour
- "Looks good to me." They like you too much to say the rest.
- Resume FeedFree, reciprocal
- Several readers instead of one, each score carrying the written reasoning that earned it, and a thread where you can ask what they meant.
How a post goes
You post the PDF
One upload. The feed renders every page in place, so people read your resume where they are instead of downloading a stranger’s file. It also lands on your profile, next to every draft before it.
People mark it up
A rating out of five, a reaction, and comment threads two replies deep. Reviewers select the exact line they mean and comment on it, so every note arrives with the text it is about quoted above it.
You read somebody else’s
The same week, with the same honesty you wanted. A feed where everyone only takes feedback runs out of people giving it.
What comes back
Not a score on its own. A rating you can see the reasoning behind, from someone you can answer in the thread.
- Ratings you can interrogate
- One score per person, changed whenever your next draft earns it. The average sits on the card; the comments underneath explain it.
- Comments pinned to the line
- Select any text on a resume and comment on it. The line travels with the note, so nobody has to guess which bullet “this one” meant.
- Threads, not a wall of replies
- Two levels deep, so a follow-up question stays attached to the note it is about.
- Reactions for the quick read
- Five of them, one per person, on the resume and on the comments. Enough to back somebody up without writing an essay about it.
Four years frontend, applying to fintech. Is the summary earning its space?
Detail-oriented frontend engineer passionate about building great user experiences.
- Fixed bugs and improved performance across the dashboard
- Rebuilt checkout in React, lifting conversion 18%
No, cut it. Your checkout bullet is the strongest thing on the page and it is sitting under a line about fixing bugs — swap those two and the first thing anyone reads is a shipped product with a number attached.
Swapped, and the summary is gone entirely. Posting the new draft tonight if you want to tear into it again.
Before you post it
Putting your resume in front of strangers is a real thing to ask. Here is exactly what you are agreeing to.
Members only, unless you say otherwise
The PDF sits in private storage, shown through links that expire after ten minutes. By default only signed-in members can read it; visitors see its rating and comment count and nothing else. Make a post public and anyone can read it, in the open feed or by its link. That is your call, per post, and you can take it back.
You can delete any comment on your own post
Quietly, without giving a reason. It is your name and your phone number on that page, so the last word about what stays under it is yours.
Nothing pings you when a review lands
There are no notifications yet. Check back on your post the way you would check a thread you started — the comments will be sitting there.
Take the contact block out first
Nobody reviewing your layout needs your street address. Black it out before you upload — the feedback on everything else is exactly the same.
Post the version you were about to send anyway.
The worst thing that happens is a room full of strangers telling you it is already good.
